Payment of School Fees
- Each academic year consists of three payment terms (March - 60%, Aug – 20% & Nov – 20%). There will be three payment receipts for each academic session.
- All school fees should be paid before the due date of payment mentioned in the receipt. Please refer to the school's fee structure for details regarding the school fee.
- For delayed payment of tuition fees beyond the stipulated due date, a penalty of Rs.500 shall be levied per day. Please refer to the school fee structure for details regarding the tuition fee.
- Cheques, credit/debit cards, or online payments will be accepted at the time of admission towards registration fees, application fees, first installment fees, transport fees, books & uniform fees.
- All cheques are to be made in favour of "Siddharth Educational & Charitable Trust”/ “Veda Educational & Charitable Trust”.
- The cheque’s dishonor shall attract a penalty of Rs.500 for each instance without prejudice to other remedies available under the law. No cheque payment will be allowed for further fee transactions.
- School bus fees are based on to & fro commutation.
Contact Details
- All parents/guardians of the students should provide their particulars to the school for contact purposes. The parents/guardians of the students are required to report any change in guardianship to the school immediately.
- All the parents/guardians are required to keep their information/details updated on their respective accounts at all times.
Inter Campus Transfer
- Transfer of students from one campus to another is allowed on grounds of change of residence. All campus transfer requests on account of a change in residence should be made to the Principal of the respective campus and the head of admissions, along with new address details (rental agreement).
Student Withdrawal
- Students who wish to withdraw their admissions for the next AY are required to fill out the consent form provided by the school in December of the existing AY. The student should clear all pending dues before the completion of the notice period to claim the TC.
Adherence to School Policy
- All students, whether in or outside the school, have to adhere to all the school rules and regulations at all times, and failure to do so may result in the school taking appropriate action, including the termination of the student's admission.
Cancellation of Admission
- Breach of the Code of Conduct by students as per the school's guidelines given in the school handbook, the school reserves the right to the termination of the student's admission.
- Amendment of the Code of Conduct guidelines from time to time as may be followed by the parents/guardians. Parents are requested to read the handbook to keep themselves updated with all such changes.
- Discourages the public in seeking admissions or encouraging them to withdraw admissions from the school.
- Defaming the school, its teachers, or management in public, engaging in unlawful activity against the school or its teachers, or spreading false information to tarnish the school's reputation or that of its employees or the institution.
- The student or parent is discovered to have misled or cheated the school by submitting false or fake documents/certificates or making incorrect statements to the school.
- The student has absented himself/herself from the school without prior permission or intimation for more than 15 days.
