Our Partners

Educational Initiatives (Ei)

At Shraddha, we have partnered with Educational Initiatives (Ei), a research-based education organisation founded in 2001, dedicated to improving learning through deep insights and data-driven approaches. Ei focuses on enabling true conceptual understanding by analysing large-scale student data to identify learning gaps and misconceptions. Through Ei ASSET, a skill-based diagnostic assessment for Grades 3–10, we gain meaningful insights into students’ conceptual clarity, going beyond marks to benchmark performance at a national level. Ei CARES supports continuous formative assessment by providing timely, topic-wise feedback, enabling effective classroom interventions and personalised support. Additionally, Ei Mindspark, an AI-driven adaptive learning programme, personalises instruction in Mathematics and English based on each student’s individual learning needs. This integrated approach empowers teachers with actionable insights, supports students in strengthening their understanding, and enables parents to track meaningful academic progress. We are confident that our collaboration with Ei will further enhance learning outcomes and support every child’s academic journey with clarity and confidence.

Career Lab at Shraddha
(Grades 9–12)

At Shraddha, we believe that career guidance is a continuous and structured process rather than a one-time decision. Our Career Lab Programme for students of Grades 9 to 12 is designed to help students understand themselves, explore career options, and make informed choices about their future. We have partnered with expert career guidance professionals to provide a comprehensive support system. The programme includes psychometric assessments, personalised counselling, structured action plans, classroom sessions on life skills, and interactions with university representatives. This ensures that both students and parents are actively involved in the decision-making process.

DeepGrade

At Shraddha, we have integrated DeepGrade, an AI-powered grading and learning analytics platform. This initiative reflects our commitment to enhancing student learning through innovative and meaningful assessment practices. DeepGrade enables accurate and consistent evaluation of student work while providing deeper insights into each learner’s progress, helping identify individual strengths, learning gaps, and areas that require focused support. Assessments for selected grades and subjects will be conducted in a digitised format, allowing students to receive detailed, constructive feedback that goes beyond marks and scores. Parents will benefit from improved visibility into their child’s academic journey over time, while teachers will be empowered with data-driven insights to personalise instruction more effectively. As with any new system, the initial phase will involve a short acclimatisation period for students and staff. We are confident that this initiative will significantly enhance learning outcomes and strengthen academic excellence across the school.
