Mrs. Rajeswari Subramanian has been an educator for over two decades and has worked with different boards. Being a passionate Math teacher she strives to eliminate phobia and inculcate love for the subject amongst students. Her interest to understand and cater to children with different learning styles encouraged her to pursue a Postgraduate degree in Psychology.

She believes that motivating students to feel the joy of exploration will help them to take ownership of their learning. She encourages teachers to probe innovative methods of teaching to create conducive environments for enjoyable and maximised learning. She creates a positive model for learning and celebrates achievements of teachers and students. She makes discipline and diligence a priority.
